Privacy Policy for Paravue Advisor

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which "Website" collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Paravue Advisors.

1. General

  • This document is published in compliance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the publication of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing or using Paravue Advisors.
  • This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any related rules, as well as the revised provisions pertaining to electronic records in different statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is produced by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
  • The domain name ("Website") is owned and operated by ("Company"), a Private Company limited by shares incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at S-4, Gopalpura Bypass Rd, Shri Gopal Nagar, Arjun Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents.
  • For the purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), wherever the context so requires,
    • The term ‘You’ &‘User’ shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
    • The terms ‘We’, ‘Us’& ‘Our’ shall mean the Website and/or the Company, as the context so requires.
    • The terms ‘Party’ & ‘Parties’ shall respectively be used to refer to the User and the Company individually and collectively, as the context so requires.
  • The headers in this Policy are simply for the purpose of grouping the different provisions under this Policy in an orderly manner, and neither Party shall use them to interpret the provisions contained herein in any way. Furthermore, the Parties expressly agree that the headers have no legal or contractual significance.
  • The User's use of the Website is controlled exclusively by this Policy, as well as the Website's Terms of Use ("Terms," available at "Website"), and any modifications or additions made thereto by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion. Visiting the Website's home page and/or using any of its services shall be regarded to constitute the User's affirmative acceptance of this Policy and the aforementioned Terms, and the User expressly agrees to be bound by the same. The User explicitly accepts and recognises that the Terms and Policy are co-terminus, and that the expiration or termination of one will result in the termination of the other.

  • The User unequivocally agrees that this Policy and the aforementioned Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company, and that the User shall be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any service that is provided by the Website, and that the same shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Terms, and shall be treated as part and parcel of the same. The User acknowledges and agrees that no signature or express act is required to make these Terms and the Policy binding on the User, and that the User’s act of visiting any part of the Website constitutes the User’s full and final acceptance of the Policy and the aforementioned Terms.
  • The Parties explicitly agree that the Company has the exclusive and exclusive right to alter or modify the Policy and the aforementioned Terms at any time and without prior notice to the User, and the User expressly agrees that any such amendments or modifications shall take effect immediately. The User is responsible for checking the Policy and Terms on a regular basis and staying up to speed on their provisions and obligations. If the User continues to use the Website after such a change, the User is assumed to have agreed to any and all additions / modifications made to the Policy and Terms. As long as the User follows the Policy and Terms, he or she is allowed a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, restricted entitlement to enter and access use of the website.

2. Collection of Personal Identification Information

  • The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that the Company collects and stores personal information provided by the User from time to time on the Website, including but not limited to the User's user name, passwords, email address, name, address, age, date of birth, sex, nationality, shopping preferences, browsing history, and other information uploaded/published by the User on the Website. The User understands that the Company/Website will use this information to deliver services and features aimed at the User that are most likely to fulfil the User's needs, as well as to personalise and develop the Website to make its users' experiences safer and easier.
  • The User understands that the Company/Website may automatically track some information about the User based on the User's IP address and behaviour on the Website, and the User expressly consents to this. The User is aware that this information is used for internal research on user demographics, interests, and behaviour, allowing the Company/Website to better understand and cater to its users' interests. The User is expressly informed that such information may include the URL that the User visited previous to visiting the Website, the URL that the User accesses afterwards (whether or not these URLs constitute part of the Website), the User's computer and web browser information, the User's IP address, and so on.
  • If the User chooses to post messages / reviews / feedback anywhere on the Website, including but not limited to message boards, chat rooms, other message areas, and so on, the User understands that any and all such information provided / uploaded will be collected and stored indefinitely by the Company, and that such retained information may be used to resolve disputes, provide customer support, troubleshoot problems, and so on, and that such information, if requested, may be provided.
  • The User understands that any and all information pertaining to the User collected by the Company, whether or not directly provided by the User to the Company/Website, including but not limited to personal correspondence such as emails or letters, feedback from other users or third parties regarding the User's activities or postings on the Website, and so on, may be collected and compiled by the Company/Website into a file/folder specifically created for / allotted to the User.
  • While the User is aware that he/she can browse various portions of the Website without registering, some actions (such as making an order) require the User to supply valid personal information to the Company/Website for the purpose of registration. The User is aware that the contact information submitted to the Company/Website may be used to send offers and promotions to the User, whether or not based on the User's prior orders and interests, and the User expressly consents to receiving the same.
  • The User is aware that the Company/Website may from time to time ask the User to participate in voluntary online surveys. These surveys may need the User providing contact and demographic information (like zip code, age, income bracket, sex, etc.). The User is aware that this data is used to personalise the Website for the User's benefit, as well as to provide all Website users with products/services/content that the Company/Website feels they would be interested in, and to show material based on the User's choices.
  • The User is also aware that the Company/Website may from time to time require that the User submit reviews for products/services purchased/availed of from the Website, as well as reviews for the many vendors selling their products/services on the Website. The User is aware that such reviews will assist other website users in making prudent and correct purchases, as well as assist the Company/Website in removing sellers whose products are unsatisfactory in any way, and the User hereby expressly authorises the Company/Website to publish any and all reviews written by the User on the Website, along with the User's name and certain contact details, for the benefit and use of other Website Users.
  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate the Website/Company to store, upload, publish, or display in any manner content/reviews/surveys/feedback submitted by the User, and the User hereby expressly authorises the Website/Company to remove from the Website any such content, review, survey, or feedback submitted by the User, without cause or notification to the User.

3. How we use Collected Information

“Website” may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service experience - Information provided by you helps us respond to your requests for any service and needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience - We may use information in the aggregate in order to understand how our Users use the services and resources provided on our Site and use to bring a better experience for the users.

4. Web Browser Cookies

  • Our Site “website” may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies for record-keeping purposes and to track information about them on their hard drive. The User fully accepts and recognises that the Company/Website has no control over third-party use of such cookies/other devices, that the Company/Website is in no way liable for the same, and that the User bears all risks in this respect.

5. Sharing your Personal Information

  • "Website" may use third-party service providers to assist us in managing our company and the Site, as well as administering operations on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. If you have granted us permission, we may share your information with such third parties for those restricted purposes.
  • The User understands that the Website/Company may share the User's personal information with other corporate entities and affiliates to assist in the detection and prevention of identity theft, fraud, and other potentially illegal acts; to correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of the Website's services; and to facilitate joint or co-branded services, where such services are provided by more than one corporate entity.
  • The User is aware that the Website/Company may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if the Website/Company in good faith believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. The Website/Company may also disclose the User’s personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or other third parties if it believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms or Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of its users, or the general public.
  • The User is also aware that the Website/Company and its affiliates may share or sell some or all of the User's personal information with other business entities if the Company/Website (or its assets) plans to merge with or be acquired by such business entity, or if the Company's business is reorganised, amalgamated, or restructured. The Terms and Policy, as updated from time to time, will continue to bind such business entity or new company.

6. How we Protect your Information

"Website" adopts policy for appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and has proper security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

The data exchanged between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

7. Promotions / Advertisements From Third Parties

The User is aware that the Company/Website employs third-party advertising firms to sell adverts to Website visitors. The User is aware that these firms may use information about the User's visits to the Website and other websites to tailor advertising to the User's preferences. In addition, the Website may provide links to other websites that gather personally identifiable information about the User. The Company/Website is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of any of the aforementioned linked websites, and the User fully understands and accepts that the User is solely liable for any and all risks connected.

8. Consent of the User

By using the Website and/or providing information to the Company through the Website, the User consents to the Company/Website collecting and using the information disclosed by the User on the Website in accordance with this Policy, including but not limited to the User's consent to the Company/Website sharing/divulging the User's information as set forth herein.

9. Google Adsense

Some of the ads may be served to the user by Google. Google uses DART cookie to enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites over the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track any personal identification information about you, such as your name, email address, contact number, physical address, etc. You have the option to opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html

10. Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the every young child is important. We never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is designed or structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

“Website” has the discretion to update the privacy policy mentioned herein at any time. We encourage Users to check this page whenever you visit for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You agree and acknowledge us that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

13. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

It is expressly agreed to by the Parties hereto that the formation, interpretation and performance of this Policy and any disputes arising here from will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) mechanism. It is further agreed to by the Parties that the contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Policy and/or Terms.

  • Mediation: In case of any dispute between the parties, the Parties will attempt to resolve the same amicably amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. In the event that the Parties are unable to reach such an amicable solution within thirty (30) days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other Party, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, as detailed here in below.
  • Arbitration: In the event that the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, said dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company, and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties. The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be the city of Jaipur, India.

The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the Courts at the Jaipur in Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
